{"id":6026,"date":"2019-09-26T17:27:33","date_gmt":"2019-09-26T15:27:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.agence-bradford.com\/inside-shopper\/?p=6026"},"modified":"2019-10-01T09:50:58","modified_gmt":"2019-10-01T07:50:58","slug":"design-experience","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.agence-bradford.com\/inside-shopper\/design-experience\/","title":{"rendered":"Comprendre et int\u00e9grer le design d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience au sein de votre organisation."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La grande majorit\u00e9 des entreprises l\u2019a compris, pour r\u00e9pondre aux enjeux de mouvance de march\u00e9, de data, de complexit\u00e9 des interactions et maximiser l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client, <strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">int\u00e9grer le design centr\u00e9 sur l\u2019humain est devenu incontournable. <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"pk-content-block pk-block-bg pk-block-bg-light\"><strong>Seules 10% des entreprises se jugent tr\u00e8s matures en termes d\u2019exp\u00e9rience client.<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #808080;\"><em>Enqu\u00eate Adobe et Econcultancy 2019 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 12815 professionnels du marketing.<\/em> <\/span><\/div>\n<p>Sur ce constat tout le monde tombera d\u2019accord, une exp\u00e9rience agr\u00e9able, coh\u00e9rente, efficace et qui r\u00e9pond aux attentes de vos clients, garantira une grande partie du succ\u00e8s de votre entreprise. <strong>Une \u00e9tude (Walker, 2014) montre que d\u2019ici 2020, l\u2019exp\u00e9rience sera l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment diff\u00e9renciateur devant le prix et le produit pour les entreprises.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Placer le client final au centre de conception d&rsquo;un produit, un service, un parcours physique ou digital&#8230;, est d\u00e9sormais un facteur cl\u00e9 pour vous distinguer de la concurrence. Reste \u00e0 comprendre comment et ce que cela implique en termes d\u2019\u00e9quipe et d\u2019organisation, &#8230;<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"comment-integrer-le-design-dexperience-client-au-sein-de-votre-organisation\">Comment int\u00e9grer le design d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client au sein de votre organisation ?<\/h2>\n<blockquote><p>Les entreprises excellent dans la collecte des donn\u00e9es mais ne parviennent pas \u00e0 les exploiter efficacement. Elles ne savent pas comment en tirer des enseignements et les mettre en oeuvre dans des projets de design qui offriront de nouvelles perspectives d\u2019innovation.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><em>Clive Grinyer, consultant et ancien directeur du design de Barclays et Orange.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;Adopter ne r\u00e9side pas dans la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une succession d\u2019\u00e9crans ou de supports mais d\u2019imaginer et de concevoir une exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cela implique une ambition collective de changement.<\/strong><br \/>\nLa volont\u00e9 ne suffit pas, une entreprise qui souhaite aborder un mod\u00e8le de design centr\u00e9 sur l\u2019humain doit changer de logiciel, \u00e0 commencer par int\u00e9grer le client final au c\u0153ur de la d\u00e9marche cr\u00e9ative.<\/p>\n<p>Commencez par mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 vos pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s, pour r\u00e9ussir ce virage il va falloir aborder chaque projet avec un \u0153il nouveau.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La phase d\u2019immersion est alors strat\u00e9gique<\/strong> afin de d\u00e9finir et comprendre vos cibles, d\u2019aller \u00e0 leur rencontre. Saisir l&rsquo;environnement, le contexte, les acteurs, leurs habitudes, \u2026 en s\u2019appuyant sur des \u00e9tudes quantitatives et qualitatives (sondage, entretien, observation).<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\">Le design centr\u00e9 sur l\u2019humain est fond\u00e9 sur le principe de l\u2019intelligence collective<\/span><\/strong>, adopter une approche multidisciplinaire est d\u00e9terminant : chacun, de par son expertise (data, marketing, design, technique, \u2026) doit contribuer au projet, et surtout va permettre d\u2019\u00e9viter les frictions, de prendre des d\u00e9cisions collectives et d\u2019avoir un objectif commun.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>La plupart des gens font l\u2019erreur de penser que le design, c\u2019est l\u2019apparence (\u2026). Ce n\u2019est pas comme \u00e7a que nous d\u00e9finissons le design. Le design n\u2019est pas \u00e0 quoi cela ressemble mais comment \u00e7a marche ?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><em>Steve Jobs<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>On l\u2019oublie trop souvent mais l\u2019UX design tire son essence du Design Thinking :<\/strong> ensemble de m\u00e9thodes qui permettent d\u2019imaginer de nombreuses solutions cr\u00e9atives \u00e0 des probl\u00e9matiques business.<\/p>\n<div class=\"pk-content-block pk-block-border-left\"><strong>C\u2019est le Design Thinking qui va inspirer les grands principes de l\u2019UX.<\/strong><br \/>\nIl rel\u00e8ve d\u2019une m\u00e9thode mais aussi d\u2019un \u00e9tat d\u2019esprit.<\/div>\n<blockquote><p>\u00c9chouer t\u00f4t, pour r\u00e9ussir plus vite.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><em>Tim Brown (IDEO)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"le-design-thinking\">Le Design Thinking<\/h2>\n<p>Le design thinking n\u2019est pas r\u00e9cent, m\u00eame s\u2019il a \u00e9t\u00e9 popularis\u00e9 tr\u00e8s tardivement en France. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 amorc\u00e9 dans les ann\u00e9es 50 par le publicitaire am\u00e9ricain Alex Osborn, alors fondateur de l\u2019agence de publicit\u00e9 BDO aujourd\u2019hui connu sous le nom de BBDO. Le Nielsen et Norman Group va d\u2019ailleurs d\u00e9finir son propre Workflow bas\u00e9 sur la pens\u00e9e du design et le red\u00e9finir en 6 phases :<\/p>\n<ol class=\"pk-list-styled\">\n<li>L\u2019empathie<\/li>\n<li>La d\u00e9finition<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019id\u00e9ation<\/li>\n<li>Les prototypes<\/li>\n<li>Les tests<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019impl\u00e9mentation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>La flexibilit\u00e9 et la capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;adaptation sont conseill\u00e9es par Nielsen et Norman Group : N\u2019utilisez pas la recette mais concevez la librement comme un chef de cuisine.<\/p>\n<div class=\"pk-content-block pk-block-border-all\"><strong>Si la d\u00e9marche UX reste proche de celle du design thinking elle se veut plus rigoureuse, notamment sur les principes d\u2019usabilit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><strong>Il va alors en donner les premiers contours :<\/strong><br \/>\nL&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience utilisateur c\u2019est l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience globale v\u00e9cue en interaction avec un dispositif digital ou non.<\/p>\n<p>Une approche holistique qui va bouleverser le processus de cr\u00e9ation en y int\u00e9grant une dimension ethnographique.<\/p>\n<div class=\"pk-content-block pk-block-bg pk-block-bg-light\"><strong>Les entreprises leaders de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client sont trois fois plus susceptibles que les autres de d\u00e9passer leur principal objectif commercial de 2018<\/strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #808080;\"><em>Enqu\u00eate adobe et Econcultancy 2019 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 12815 professionnels du marketing.<\/em> <\/span><\/div>\n<p>Don Norman a cofond\u00e9 depuis Le Nielsen Norman Groupe avec Jakob Nielsen, cabinet am\u00e9ricain de conseil en interface utilisateur et en exp\u00e9rience utilisateur.<\/p>\n<p>Diff\u00e9rents mod\u00e8les de design d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience sont applicables, parmi eux : <strong>le Lean UX, le double diamant du Design Council, le mod\u00e8le Stanford, le Design Sprint de Google Ventures<\/strong> (la liste n\u2019est pas exhaustive). Cependant il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019\u00eatre agile et d\u2019adapter ou de concevoir votre workflow \u00e0 vos diff\u00e9rentes probl\u00e9matiques.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>L\u2019UX design est jeune, il faut innover dans les m\u00e9thodes, les process et inventer de nouvelles techniques.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><em>Dr Carine Lallemand &#8211; professeur et chercheur \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Luxembourg, auteure du best sellers M\u00e9thodes de design UX.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"le-lean-ux\">Le Lean UX<\/h2>\n<p>Le lean UX est une adaptation raccourcie du design Thinking. Cette m\u00e9thode s\u2019inscrit dans la m\u00e9thodologie agile, elle a \u00e9galement pour ma\u00eetre mot l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience. Elle implique un processus multidisciplinaire. Une validation non stop des utilisateurs finaux permet de perfectionner les interfaces rapidement.<br \/>\nCela consiste \u00e9galement \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les zones d\u2019ombre \u00e0 l\u2019amorce class=\"pk-list-styled\">\n<li>D\u00e9couvrir<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9finir<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9velopper<\/li>\n<li>Livrer<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Elle repose essentiellement sur la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 diverger
